Cathy Hester

District Manager

Cathy Hester has over 35 years of experience serving the insurance industry, with more than half of that as a field adjuster. In her current role, Cathy is District Manager for ClaimsPro’s USA team, where she develops and supports Business Development initiatives for the company, operating from Mobile and Birmingham, Alabama. She is a career Executive General Multiline Adjuster and owned her own insurance adjusting business for over 25 years before becoming part of the ClaimsPro USA team. 

Cathy is a past president of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA), and she serves on the board of directors for Claim Professionals Liability Insurance Company (CPLIC) and Eagle International Associates.
